Mail-in registration must be received by April 16, 2010, so please allow enough time for your registration to reach us. Registrations received after April 16, 2010 may be placed on hold for walk-in registration as space is available.

Please select first and second topic choices carefully, as your first choice cannot be guaranteed. If both of your choices are filled, you will be assigned a topic. Topic changes can be made only at the registration table on the day of the conference, and only if space is available. Please understand that session monitors may ask you to leave sessions to which you are not assigned.

The last day to register online is April 19, 2010. Online registration will be closed after this date. Meals offered through the conference will not be available to purchase after this date, although the hotel restaurant and surrounding restaurants will be available. Walk-in registration will be available if space is available, but is not guaranteed. Topic choices for walk-in registration will be limited.

Please make sure your registration is complete. You will be notified if you have an incomplete payment. Your registration will not be processed and session topics will not be assigned until full payment is received. A $20 processing fee will be assessed for returned checks or denied credit card payments.

Registration Fees

Refund Policy

A written request must be postmarked by April 9, 2010 for a full refund of all fees and meals, less a $10.00 processing fee. Contributions and LLL memberships will not be refunded. Requests postmarked between April 9 and April 16, 2010 will receive a full refund of their meal costs and a 50% refund of their registration fees. Refund requests postmarked after April 16, 2010 cannot be honored. Please send refund requests in writing, with a SASE, to the Area Conference Registrar at the address above. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

This conference will bring together many families with infants, small children, and pregnant women. Therefore, if you or any of your family members is exhibiting symptoms of illness at the time of the conference, and/or has had a fever within the 24 hours preceding the conference, please contact the registrar for refund instructions.

Program Booklet Deadlines

Please note that the deadline to have Children of LLL and Tributes included in the Program Booklet is April 5, 2010.
