Learn More about our upcoming conference!
LLL of Ohio
La Leche League is
an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to
providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who
choose to breastfeed. In Ohio
alone, accredited volunteer Leaders assist more than 3,000 mothers each
month through Group meetings and one-to-one telephone assistance.
Breastfeeding is
natural, but that doesn't mean women can do it by instinct alone. Like
childbirth, breastfeeding is easier with help. Problems can usually be
avoided with preparation and information. All breastfeeding mothers and all
mothers-to-be are welcome to come to our free meetings (nursing children
are welcome too!) or to call for further information. La Leche League
- Mother-to-mother support
- Monthly meetings
- Telephone help from
accredited Leaders
- Lending library with
books on childbirth, breastfeeding, and related subjects
