Based on a popular TV show, this meeting investigates many breastfeeding myths and discusses whether they are busted (untrue), plausible (have some truth), or confirmed (are true). Make up the following index cards, and pass them out at the beginning of the activity. Participants each take 1 or 2 cards (depending on attendance level) and take turns reading the card and sharing their thoughts about which category it falls in.
